Jasper Willigers

Jasper Willigers holds an MSc in Science and Policy and a PhD in Human Geography and Planning, both from Utrecht University. In October 2006 he defended his PhD thesis on the influence of high-speed railway accessibility on the location choices of office establishments. Formerly he worked with the Dutch National Institute of Public health and the Environment, Utrecht University and RAND Europe. At Significance Jasper works as a Senior Researcher and is participating in projects on transport and land-use modelling and he performs quantitative analyses on diverse transport related subjects. His expertise includes discrete choice modelling, spatial analysis and the environmental performance of transport.
