Jaap Baak (EN) – Significance

Jaap Baak holds a PhD in experimental physics from the University of Leiden. Since 1998 Jaap worked for subsequently HCG, RAND Europe and Significance, currently as senior researcher. Jaap has substantial experience in the development and implementation of complex traffic models. He worked on the Transferable Growth Model and National Model System for the Dutch Ministry of Transport, ProMiSe for the National Railway Company and EXPEDITE and SUMMA for the European Commission. Jaap is an experienced Delphi and Fortran programmer.
